Hello there Dreamwidth! I just wanted to share the latest thing I've written with you - I sure do hope you like it!

This fic is part of the Retrouvaille AU. (But for this oneshot, no/minimal knowledge of said AU is required...)

Title: The Leverage Effect
Characters/Pairings: Nagisa Hazuki, Rei Ryugazaki, mentions of others
Warnings: First-person narrative (Nagisa’s POV), too much introspection, awkward crushes, copious amounts of innuendo thrown in for good measure. Complete crack and silliness. I have no excuses for myself.
Notes: This is basically one big elaborate ruse for me to write Nagisa being distracted by seeing Rei in a Speedo in the Retrouvaille AU, because if you ask me, that’s something that ought to happen in every AU these dorks end up together.
Summary: Fresh out of Iwatobi, newly arrived at Tokyo and going through his first year of university, Nagisa Hazuki deals with a part-time job, his self-inflicted confusing schedule, and the biggest, most embarrassing crush ever. How would he deal with his feelings when said crush is talked into wearing little more than a skimpy swimsuit for a rather long period of time? And also happens to be his best friend and roommate? Part of the Retrouvaille AU, to be precise part of the Rei POV fic Materiality Principle.
